Maple Lollipop, Anyone?

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
• 1/2 cup raw cacao powder (not cocoa powder)
• 1 heaping tablespoon tahini (sesame seed butter)
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon dried ground ginger
• pinch Himalayan pink sea salt

 

Directions:

Mix everything together until smooth, pour into silicone molds, and freeze 30 minutes. These will soften at room temperature, so keep in fridge or freezer.
