Pina Colada Refresher
If you like walks in the rain, this smoothie is for you.
2 tbsp. DME Coconut Oil or DME Pineapple Flavoured Coconut Oil
1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
2 cups of baby spinach, kale, or Swiss chard (if you are using kale or chard, remove leaves from spines)
1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
3 tbsp. of lime juice
1 cup of water
If you are using a standard blender, blend greens with water and almond milk first, then add remaining ingredients and blend again.
If you have a high powered blender, all ingredients can be blended together.
