
Chocolate Brittle
A delightful low sugar, gluten free, dairy free and vegan treat. Perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup DME™ coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped – or a nut of your choice
1/4 cup goji berries – or dried fruit of your choice
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Spread evenly along a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Break apart to your liking and store in fridge.
