Vegan Cake Batter Protein Balls
These are perfect for pre or post workout, as an afternoon snack, or even as an after dinner treat!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup organic smooth almond butter
- 2 tbsp cacao butter (melted and cooled)
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Alpha Supreme MCT Oil
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until a dough-like consistency forms & roll into balls. You can also choose to roll them again in more shredded coconut flakes. Place in the fridge or freezer to cool, then enjoy. These are perfect for pre or post workout, as an afternoon snack, or even as an after dinner treat!
