Roasted Rosemary Brussels Sprouts & Festive Cauliflower


1 Large Head Cauliflower, cut into slices/wedges
3 Cups Brussels Sprouts, halved
3-4 TBSP melted Alpha DME Coconut Oil
2-3 TBSP fresh Rosemary, chopped
2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Pink Salt OR to taste



Throw everything together into a big bowl and mix well to coat all the veggies.

Toss onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 25-30 min, or until veggies are al dente. Serve hot.
