Shortbread Meltaways

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Cup Sweet White Sorghum Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Pink Salt
½ cup melted Alpha DME Coconut Oil
4TBSP of the Alpha Coconut sugar
1tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Cinnamon

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Toss everything into a bowl and mix well.

Scoop 1 TBSP of dough at a time. Roll it into a ball between your hands and then pat it down lightly to flatten it out slightly OR flatten into an even flat rectangle on the parchment and cut into little squares.

Bake for approx 8-12 min.

Let cookies cool and store in the fridge.
