Raw Peppermint Brownies

Ready in a pinch. These raw brownies taste like a guilty pleasure while being perfectly healthy.

Make a double batch and freeze until ready to eat.

Ingredients:

1 cup raw walnuts
7-10 pitted dates
1 Tbsp. DME™ Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavour
Shredded coconut for rolling

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.

Take tablespoon size scoops and roll in palms of hands until you form a bite size ball.

Roll in shredded coconut.

Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
