Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


1 TBSP Alpha Supreme MCT Oil
1 Scoop Ultimate High Alpha Vanilla Whey Protein or VegiDay French Vanilla Vegan Protein
1 Cup non-dairy milk (Almond or Coconut tastes best)
¼ Cup Canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
½ Frozen Banana
2 TBSP Almond Butter
1 TBSP Vanilla extract
1 TBSP Molasses
2 tsp Ultimate Maca Energy Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
Pinch Ginger
Pinch All Spice
*Ice to desired consistency



Put all ingredients into your high speed blender until desired consistency and enjoy.

Note: This makes a smoothie soooo thick you’d swear you’re eating pumpkin pie ice cream. Yummm! To thin it out, just add more almond/coconut milk if desired.

**Spinach is a GREAT addition to any smoothie as you can’t taste it and it gives you all kinds of extra vitamins. I use it in all of my smoothies, but be aware that if you are trying to impress anyone with a good looking smoothie (like I am with you), adding spinach will make things turn a funny colour that doesn’t look as appetizing…hence why I left it out of this recipe for you!
