Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients:
PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
* combine ingredients, pour into muffin cups, put in freezer until hard
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 1 package chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
* melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, pour on top of solid peanut butter layer
Directions:
Step 1:
Peanut Butter Layer: Combine ingredients from the peanut butter layer, pour into muffin cups, put in freezer until hard.
Step 2:
Next, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and pour on top of the peanut butter layer. Put in freezer again until solid.
