Perfect for a snack or breakfast
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup DME Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Dash of sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup nuts of choice
In a small pot, heat coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt until well combined.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour in your almond mix, sprinkle with nuts and set in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Once set, break into pieces, and store in an airtight glass container in the freezer.
