Keto Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seed
  • 1 tbsp @pb.and.me powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 15g (half scoop) of your favourite protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • stevia to taste

 

Directions:

Add unsweetened almond milk to desired consistency.  Cook in Alpha DME Coconut Oil.
