GO CANADA Creamy Salmon Cashew Dill Dip Eh!
Perfect for when the team gathers to watch a team sport. Make the day before and sit with some crackers and sliced veggies! Enjoy! Go Canada Go!
Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Cashews (soaked for at least 1 hr)
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Alpha MCT Supreme 60/40
4 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
4 TBSP Fresh Dill minced (half the amount if your using dried Dill)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika (optional but tasty)
1/2 tsp Pink Salt
1 can Salmon drained
Directions:
Drain and Rinse Cashews. Throw all ingredients (besides Salmon) into Vitamix/Food Processor and blend till smooth and creamy. Toss this tasty mixture into a bowl and stir in salmon.
Serve as crudités on top of sliced Cucumber or with your favourite gluten free crackers.
