Buffalo Veggie Bites

Great meal to enjoy while watching the 2018 Olympics, enjoy! Go Canada Go!


6 Cups Veggies (I like Cauliflower, Broccoli, & Zucchini) cut into bite sized pieces
2 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch each Salt and Pepper
1 TBSP Alpha DME Coconut Oil (warmed so it’s liquid)
¾ Cup Hot Sauce



Grab a cookie sheet & pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together your garlic powder, salt & pepper, warmed Alpha DME Coconut Oil & hot sauce. Toss your bite sized veggies into the bowl and coat all veggies thoroughly. Cook for 20 min. Best Served with Raw Cashew Ranch Dressing…
