Carrot Fries
Ingredients:
- 4 large carrots⠀
- 1 tsp garlic powder ⠀
- 1 tsp smoked paprika ⠀
- 1 tsp ground ginger⠀
- 1 tsp ground cumin⠀
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper⠀
- 1 tsp sea salt⠀
- 2 tbsp Alpha Health red palm oil
- + lemon zest⠀
- + tahini⠀
Directions:
1. Slice carrots long into fries and toss with spices and red palm oil ⠀
2. On a large pan, evenly space out carrots so so they have room to roast (if they’re too close together, they will steam instead of roast)⠀
3. Bake at 425F for 30-35 minutes, flipping half way, until crisp. Serve with lots of lemon zest and tahini to dip!
