Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding

We continue to find more great ways to enjoy Ziggy’s Organic Dairy-free Drinking Chocolate! This recipe can be your go-to option for a healthy treat or a sweet breakfast. It’s perfect for sharing, and since it’s dairy-free, gluten-free and egg free, it’s food sensitivity friendly!


2 Tbsp. Organic Creamy Drinking Chocolate
3/4 cup filtered water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped



In a small bowl slowly add the water to Drinking Chocolate and mix until well combined.

Add vanilla and chia seeds, lightly stir until chia seeds begin to absorb water – about 5 minutes.

Fold in the walnuts.

Cover the pudding and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until you’re happy with it’s consistency. It should be thick and pudding-like.

Serve on its own or top with a little bit of fruit and lemon zest.
