Creamy Dairy-free Iced Mochaccino

It’s time to start using the kettle less and filling the ice cube trays! All this Vancouver sunshine calls for a delicious chilled drink. If you like your morning coffee and love Ziggy’s Creamy Dairy-free Drinking Chocolate, you will be very pleased with this combination. Be careful though, you may begin to whistle at work with each sip. 🙂

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. Organic Creamy Drinking Chocolate
1/2 cup strong coffee, cooled
1/2 cup filtered water
Ice cubes to fill your cup
Coconut cream for whip cream

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients except ice cubes and coconut cream to a blender and blend for 5 seconds or until well mixed.

Place coconut cream in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream until fluffy. Be sure not to over whip.

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in mochaccino mixture and top with coconut whip cream.
