Berry Bright Smoothie

We’ve squeezed all your morning nutrients into this flavourful smoothie. It’s packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and vegetarian protein.

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 small banana
1 tbsp. Alpha Supreme MCT oil
1 tsp. fresh ginger
2 tbsp. hemp hearts
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup ice

 

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.
