Ready in pinch. These raw brownies taste like a guilty pleasure while being perfectly healthy.
Make a double batch and freeze until ready to eat.
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 7-10 pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. DME™ Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavour
- Shredded coconut for rolling
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Take tablespoon size scoops and roll in palms of hands until you form a bite size ball.
- Roll in shredded coconut.
- Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
