Raw Peppermint Brownies


Ready in pinch. These raw brownies taste like a guilty pleasure while being perfectly healthy. 

Make a double batch and freeze until ready to eat.



  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 7-10 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp. DME™ Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavour
  • Shredded coconut for rolling


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. 
  2. Take tablespoon size scoops and roll in palms of hands until you form a bite size ball.
  3. Roll in shredded coconut.
  4. Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
