A delightful low sugar, gluten free, dairy free and vegan treat. Perfect for the holidays.
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 cup DME™ coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped - or a nut of your choice
- 1/4 cup goji berries - or dried fruit of your choice
- Mix ingredients well. Spread evenly along a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Break apart to your liking and store in fridge.
