Chocolate Brittle

A delightful low sugar, gluten free, dairy free and vegan treat. Perfect for the holidays.

  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup DME™ coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped - or a nut of your choice
  • 1/4 cup goji berries - or dried fruit of your choice


  1. Mix ingredients well. Spread evenly along a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Break apart to your liking and store in fridge.
