Minty Green Smoothie

No more excuses to not eat your greens! Delicious, quenching and packed with nutrients, this smoothie checks all the boxes.

Ingredients
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 avocado, seed and skin removed
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Peppermint DME™ Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup almond milk, or milk of your choice
  • 1 cup water
  • A few ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth!
