Pina Colada Refresher

If you like walks in the rain, this smoothie is for you. 


  • 2 Tbsp. DME Coconut Oil or DME Pineapple Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups of baby spinach, kale, or Swiss chard (if you are using kale or chard, remove leaves from spines)
  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp. of lime juice
  • 1 cup of water


If you are using a standard blender, blend greens with water and almond milk first, then add remaining ingredients and blend again.
If you have a high powered blender, all ingredients can be blended together.
