Berry Bright Smoothie


We've squeezed all your morning nutrients into this flavorful smoothie. It's packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and vegetarian protein. 


Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Alpha Supreme MCT oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
