Energy Smoothie Bowl

Switch out your boxed cereal for this fruity, refreshing, and nutrient packed smoothie bowl. You'll get heaps of antioxidants from all the dark berries, and your daily Omega 3's from adding Alpha Energy™ Oil. There's enough for two with this recipe :)

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries 
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, peel removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Alpha Energy™ Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats

Serves 2 


  1. Blend all fruit together with Energy Oil, leaving a little of each fruit out for garnish if you'd like.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients. 
  3. You can also blend all ingredients together and have as a regular smoothie!
